pumpkin breakfast roundup

The crisp fall mornings showed up last week, and I think it might be safe to say that they are here to stay (fingers crossed!). Will leaves the house well before the sun comes up in the morning. I usually get up with him, and recently have been enjoying the early morning start with the chilly weather and a few colorful leaves making their debut on nearby trees. Since the leaves started changing this past week, I sit a chair by the window, cozy up in a sweater, and wait for the sunrise to peek above the houses and scatter golden light on the orange and yellow leaves, creating the most amazing fall scene. The perfect pairing for this is a cup of coffee and a tasty breakfast item – bonus points if it is a pumpkin breakfast item to really complete the fall vibes. Pumpkin bread is my go-to, but I also love keeping pumpkin scone dough in the freezer so I can pop one or two in the oven when I’m in the mood. I have been searching for even more breakfasts to have up my sleeve for these mornings, or for fall brunches with family and friends. Below is a roundup of 15 pumpkin breakfast recipes that I love or can’t wait to try!
