The concept of setting, making progress on, and achieving goals has changed over the past few months. At the beginning of quarantine in March I was full of energy and anticipation of all the fun things I could achieve during this uninterrupted time at home. But as time went on, plans continued to be cancelled, and Covid and quarantine seem to have no end in sight, my enthusiasm about new hobbies and progress on goals at home has waned. This 60 before 30 list has always been a fun list that brings me joy and excitement. When I added the goals I have completed or started since the last 60 before 30 update (May 2019), it was so exciting to see how much I have been able to accomplish in just one year and a few months! That makes me want to jump back in and try to make some of these other goals happen too. Some of them won’t be possible until Covid is gone, but there are some that I can do right now at home. If you feel like you are in a rut after the trials of the last few months too, hopefully this helps give you some encouragement to make your own list and have some things to look forward to completing now and in the future.
Below I’ll list the goals I have completed and the goals I have in progress right now. You can refer back to this blog post to see the full list. The goals in bold are new since the last update. Without further ado, my 60 before 30 update!
